What do you do with a letter from a judge who admits to breaking the law?

So what do you do when you have agitated a dumb ass Judge like James R. Bickel asking for information you are ENTITLED to?

That he tells you in a letter he is breaking the law and giving others special treatment & with holding the documents. He further goes into detail how he will reward you for committing a felony & kidnapping a child and draging it across State lines.
