Dear Ms. Elliston,

I noticed during your questioning and closing statements in the hearing of Tristan ******on September 22, 2008. I could not help but notice how you put both my bedroom on trial as well as my life style. I would encourage you to read Lawrence vs. Texas .
I do understand in the way that you persecuted and attacked my lifestyle that you yourself could be crying out do to sexual repression. I understand that living in a closed minded community located in Barton County, Southwest Missouri it can be very confining and restrictive, as well as, morally challenging where the highlight in the area is fornicating with farm animals and incest.
Perhaps I can provide you with possibly some books or literature maybe a help group to discuss and help you deal with your own repression or miss understandings of others life styles. To make you better versed in serving the community in your formal capacity, as well as aiding you in your personal life as you deal with others in the community. This is my attempt to offer you the use of services to aid you in your career to better serve the public.

Needless to say she did not request the information, or address that she may be sexually repressed. But she did furnish this personal letter to her to the court as “evidence”. Which then opened it to a public document for review by the public, and not personal correspondence. Like a puppet on a string, jerk jerk jerk!

Belinda (Kaderly) Elliston Gay Bashing Speech!

Belinda (Kaderly) Elliston, Attorney for Barton County Missouri Juvenile Office and the sister of, Prosecuting Attorney Steven Kaderly. Convincing the court (Judge Charles Curless) that there does not need to be an emergency for the State of Missouri to come in & seize your children. She even goes on a gay bashing rant about how because there are bi-sexual females who are living a LONGTERM over 5yrs polygamist relationship with each other an a man. That you can and will be deemed unfit parents. And that in Barton County Southwest Missouri, a relationship can ONLY be between a man and a woman. So any gay or lesbian couples in SW Mo. guess you SOL if you have children or want them. Hear her run her mouth like a fine tuned motor at full throttle.

Well don’t know about Barton County Southwest Missouri, but the last time I checked the thermostat of the nation, consenting adults can do as they wish read Lawrence vs. Texas and this type of behavior was not tolerated in a court room. And in realty, Barton County 28th Circuit Judge Charles Curless should have interrupted her and stopped it and in NOT doing so he did most definitely violate the Missouri Judges Canon. As for Ms. Elliston, this is what happens when you drag your personal morality and beliefs in to a court room and a custody case. It is hoped you enjoy your time in the spotlight as this will in the end be a career ender as it should be.
