Christmas Came Early in New Jersey
Well it has been a interesting week here on the battle front against the State of Missouri on Sunday the 13th we left and drove all the way to New Jersey to hand deliver the Missouri Children’s Division file that took over a year an a half to obtain personally to Mr. Bernstein and his associate Philip. We have to say they both looked like kids at Christmas especially Phil as we explained what was contained in it as well what parties forgot to remove in there cover up. Eric was very surprised that we were so willing to drive so far to see it was safely placed in his offices hands. But as was explained the file contains items that are truly priceless, and how could you insure such an item to the US Postal service. We guaranty the State of Missouri will be wishing that file was the victim of a fiery car crash VERY SOON!!

Holiday Season!
Well the Holiday Season is upon us and Christmas is just a few days away, hope everyone has all there shopping done and stockings are hung by the chimney with care. Because the Grinch is near.Because apparently according to the Missouri Children’s Division and Mr. David Capps if you do not celebrate the Christian holiday and buy massive amounts of expensive gifts for your children it is abuse/neglect.
Mr. Capps documented in his reports that we did not get the children any gifts for the last Christmas that they were with us. So apparently there is no separation between church and State first off.
But what should be of a greater concern to you, is the fact we did by presents for our children, totaling in the realm of $5800.00 that is not a typo! These gifts included a dirt bike, full riding gear, Play Station 3, tons of games and the list goes on. So if they are going to state that gifts totaling that amount are not a meaningful Christmas. We do feel sorry for the less fortunate the unemployed and those who do not celebrate Christmas because who knows that may not be Santa coming down the chimney it may be the Division. We would be VERY curious what Mr. Capps spent on his children for Christmas on his Social Workers Salary!!! Happy Holidays to all!

Missouri Governor Jay Nixon Relies On Unborn To Pay His Debt
Another PERFECT example of the fact that Missouri Governor Jay Nixon does not give a CRAP about the State future or Missouri Children, to the point from the time they come from the womb there in expected to be in debt, hell hes relying on children not even born yet. But of course many know of his puppy mill tactics to feed the Missouri machine.
All Because he lacks the ability to properly manage and maintain the States budget. Perhaps if he was not gallivanting and playboying all over the country going to sporting events, where the State is paying for security for his pompa’s-ass! It could alleviate some of that debt he wants to pass on.
I recall not to long ago there was some misuse of funds issues that Mr. Nixon had to pay back. Hey Nixon why don’t you look closer to home and cut the fat! I can list NUMEROUS State workers that serve NO purpose, why not dislodge them from your monarchy and save the children and there grandchildren the burden of your errors and inability, oh noble king. Numerous times your own workers have stated that you lack the ability to properly handle issues with in the State. And it seems from your own statement that is true.

State House Representative Calls Phone Sex Line to Decide Vote
Its no secret that we work in the adult industry, nor is the fact our children were taken based on this fact. But like Heidi Fleiss and her little black book, we have interesting secrets as well. Like last month a State House Representative called one of our “phone sex” lines. Hey no biggy in and of its self, everybody deserves a little stimulus package in there own private home, if you know what we mean.
No where the concern is raised is what his fantasy was. This person wanted to be dominated, but not in the way you might think, no get on your knees spanky spanky tickle slappy! This person wanted his vote influenced, he wanted the Dominatrix to make him influence his vote on a bill be for him. He wanted the Dom. to decide how he would vote.
So what has occurred is a State Rep. has turned to a “phone slut” to influence there vote on a bill that effects the entire public. Nice, these are the politicians voted to office and the things they do to determine the fate of the public. We doubt this person even comprehended who they were actually talking with, but we know EXACTLY who they are.. :o) Now thats what we call making a "HOUSE" call!

At NO time has he or a party from his office contacted us, in any manner. Except that there office did fax back our documents sent to them. And this is very odd if the Senator is SO worried about wear an tear on there fax machine. Why would they do this?
He states that his 1st priority is people in the 11th Senatorial District, well had the Senator taken the time to “contact” us as he stated he would be aware that one of the children involved
IS a resident of the 11th District.
Now the Senator is correct it is a legal matter one in which has drawn the constitutes of the 11th District that he represents to also foot the bill in the matter he took no serious interest in.
In closing, we must say at least the Senator faced this issue in public, even though either he flat out lied to the public or was misinformed by his office.

This Video Confronts If CPS/DFS Hates Kids
The answer is NO they do not hate them they love them like a tapeworm loves its host. The problem is they do not care about them there is a difference, you would think that a child dieing in custody is a bad thing, but not to a system funded on a trickle effect. To a State economy a dead kid is just as lucrative as a live one, an abused kid in foster care is better than one at home with there parents safe and sound.
WHY? Think about it, the State receives funds when the child goes in to care. From there they can tap the piggy bank for numerous other things treatment, drugs, evaluation etc. Now if the child GETS abused in foster care, there again are evaluations, drugs, etc as well now possible criminal charges for the abuser.
Then there’s a death, just as good as the above, because now there is coroners inquests, charges, extra hours for law enforcement, the division, etc. And don’t forget the news crews! NEWS CREWS! You say.. Well that’s a bad thing, isn’t it all that publicity.. No that’s the best, then your politician can use it to catapult themselves, they can lobby for more funds to correct there systems. And all those news crews bring revenue with them, to the dinners, coffee shops etc. in the form of taxes. On top of that, it sells news papers and TV ads. With Missouri eliminating income tax and going to a point of sale tax, should aid in generating funds for the State.

Organization is the nail in your coffin and we are the hammer!
Very interesting video and a very sad one, but a MUST SEE to understand the monster that the Social Service system is. This woman gave up because they beat her into submission, we will tell you this you Sons of Bitches!!! You will NOT beat us down, we will fight you everyday, expose you everyday and pick up the fight for people like this. You have all leaped in to a political nightmare, against a force you should not have reckoned with and we see stories like this similar to what we are living only outrages us more.
The problem is all these sad sob stories on the net all these people with a story to tell but no outlet and most important organization.
And organization is the nail in your coffin and we are the hammer. We can organize, we are not shy and we do not fear conflict or the media, not like you and your careers. So set back and enjoy the ride, watch as one by one people across the land people join hands in a common goal and march on congress by phone by fax and in person to stop the puppy mill the States have created and stall your federal funds.

Missouri Votes in Arkansas
While out and about in Hot Springs we were looking around in the parking lots where we was shopping. And realized we have Missouri votes here in Arkansas, that’s right apparently you can be “residing” in another State and effect the votes of another States election by talking to and influencing voters you meet. When you are staying in a State as beautiful as Arkansas that entices people of Missouri as it has all the things Missouri lacks, pines, mountains, and E-coli free lakes and streams, that state officials attempt to conceal. SHAME ON YOU! Again recklessly placing people’s lives at risk!
You attract people from all over the country and world that come here for the clean air, safe water and places that are safe to take the family. Hot Springs was and is a BOOMing travel destination long before Branson was thought of. This State and its cities run deep in heritage, unlike a pop up tinsel town.
Why just in an hours time there was 75 Missouri plates counted, reaching out to these people, voters & members of the public shall be very lucrative. So see Missouri politicians, just because a person is not currently in your State does not mean they can not affect your State or your election/re-election.

Letter Back to Lt. Governor's Office

Dear Lt. Governor Kinder;
Enclosed find a fax received from your office on September 30, 2009 from a Ms. Beth Peters. Listing concerns of “Wasting Missouri’s taxpayers dollars” [emphasis in original] when we use up your paper & toner. I would remind you and parties that until recent we were residents of the State until we were compelled to flea the State of Missouri due to threats made by its employees until that time and many years prior we were residents and tax payer of that State, we also still do own land & property in the State. As well our children are being held unlawfully by the State of Missouri.
Therefore we have the right to express our views towards our government its employees and elected officials. This would seem just another example of the State of Missouri violating our rights to protest, the right to free speech which in, and of itself is a drastic violation of the Constitutional Rights protected by the United States Constitution and Missouri State Constitution.
Are the views of Ms. Peters the official views of the State of Missouri? As her correspondence does bear the Great Seal of the State. We have been encouraged by Ms. Hendricks in the past to ‘empower ourselves through the use of our government.’
A copy of this letter as well as the original fax received will be forwarded to the Missouri House & Senate, media, and Mr. Bernstein to amend his filing. It is hard to fathom that with the massiveness of the situation the State is facing that its official would want to be uninformed. If the State is that concerned about the “tax payer’s dollars” then perhaps parties should be dealing with the situations at hand as the tax payers will be toting a heavy financial burden and the State official a major embarrassment due to their employees actions. This coupled with the fact of the statement made by Ms. Peters “there is nothing more our office can do.” This indicates that the elected Lt. Governor has lost total control of the States employees, so we now have a situation that the highest ranking officials for the State of Missouri can not, properly execute their duties in office.

This was sent to all Missouri House & Missouri Senate members, and this time we heard back. Missouri House Rep. Terry Witte in a childish, unethical and unprofessional manor had our entire fax sent back to us and know comment. But he’s on the way out as his term is up and thinks his wife will fill his position after the election. I would not count on it Mr. Witte, she may ware the pants in your house. But if her views are anything similar to yours, her opponent will get the position and we will be there to encourage that out come.
The second person to contact us is Missouri House Rep. Jeff Grisamore, his office sided with Ms. Peters and the audio of that is located on this blog an You Tube. This move is understandable, as Ms. Peters has made announcements supporting him in the past. Just hope she does the same come election.

Missouri House Rep. Cynthia Davis Dont Give A SHIT About MO. Kids
Very sad Ms. Davis is the CHAIR on Special Standing Committee on Children and Families, in Missouri and her views are such as this. Of course if she doesn’t care enough to feed poverty stricken children then why would she give a shit that four children’s whose lives and well being are in danger. Perfect example of a person filling a political seat and board position, that has NO compassion for what they do other than to get fatter of tax payer funds. And O’ looky who shares a seat with her on the same committee Jeff Grisamore, who only represents Lee Summit & Ed Emery who was our House Rep. that has been contacted numerous times and failed to respond. So on a committee of twelve (12) Missouri House Reps. We have three for sure that do not give a SHIT about Missouri Children or there well being. Seriously the voters of Missouri need to seriously re-think there choices when voting. As it is obvious that a large number of members in the Missouri House & Senate as well the Executive branch have for gotten they are there to serve the people ALL the people.

We received a message from your office stating that you only represent the people of Lee Summit, we are sure the people of Greenwood will find that of interest. As for you only representing those areas is incorrect as you are a member of the Missouri House of Representatives and your votes on bills etc., affect the entire State you also are on the Appropriations Committee for Mental Health & Social Services as well Special Standing on Committees on Children & Families. As well we would note you are either sponsoring or co-sponsoring a number of bills that are relevant to our situation and therefore, it is our right to voice our opinion and views to our entire State government and we will continue to do so. As for us not being a resident of the State of Missouri, Mr. C***** was for 36 years who also served as a Law Enforcement Officer protecting the public, the State body of government and has more than demonstrated his allegiance to the State. Mrs. C***** was a resident 22 years until we were ran from our home by threats of violence by a Sheriffs Deputy and two MSHP Troopers, as well having our home entered numerous times and our privacy invaded. For you to lay claim that because we are NOW in Arkansas the government body owes no-allegiance, is ludicrous & infantile. Furthermore, we still have a connection to the State as we own land a property there as well our children are being held there, and we have employees still working there.
We will continue to serve notice upon all parties involved both in the legislative branch, executive branch, and at County level, honestly if you believe that you trying to hinder our rights to free speech, right to protest peaceably and right to representation are having a affect the Lt. Governor’s Offices already attempted to silence us with no avail. And for your office to whine about use of tax payer’s money we in the time we lived there paid our taxes and as such we expect representation. Perhaps if you’re not up to that task you should consider, not re-running come election or resigning now. Because if you believe for an instant the information we are bringing to light is not occurring in your own district you are mistaken, and you claim to be a humanitarian caring for orphans, widows, and the poor. Who do you think the Division primarily feeds on collecting state and federal funding and the tax payer’s dollars, the rich? But like so many politicians kissing babies on Election Day turning their back the rest of the time. You apparently are the perfect bureaucrat, congratulations!

This letter was faxed to House Rep. Grisamore to address the issues of his office and there statement, he has yet to respond! As for the others CCed in the document Mr. Bernstein is the families attorney all other parties are members of Missouri State Government they were ALL faxed copies of the letter as they are either on the executive branch or sit on a board along with Mr. Grisamore, out of all of them notified we had ZERO (0) respond!
Very sad, that the governmental body would act in this manor and goes to show there, disregard for matters at hand. Even sadder is the fact Ed Emery was and technical is our House Rep. but he does not like pornography in Southwest Missouri, odd how politics work when he stood on our porch and pleaded for our vote, he had no problem with our lifestyle or the fact we were porn producers.

Governor’s Offices already attempted to silence us with no avail. And for your office to whine about use of tax payer’s money we in the time we lived there paid our taxes and as such we expect representation. Perhaps if you’re not up to that task you should consider, not re-running come election or resigning now. Because if you believe for an instant the information we are bringing to light is not occurring in your own district you are mistaken, and you claim to be a humanitarian caring for orphans, widows, and the poor. Who do you think the Division primarily feeds on collecting state and federal funding and the tax payer’s dollars, the rich? But like so many politicians kissing babies on Election Day turning their back the rest of the time. You apparently are the perfect bureaucrat, congratulations!

This letter was faxed to House Rep. Grisamore to address the issues of his office and there statement, he has yet to respond! As for the others CCed in the document Mr. Bernstein is the families attorney all other parties are members of Missouri State Government they were ALL faxed copies of the letter as they are either on the executive branch or sit on a board along with Mr. Grisamore, out of all of them notified we had ZERO (0) respond!
Very sad, that the governmental body would act in this manor and goes to show there, disregard for matters at hand. Even sadder is the fact Ed Emery was and technical is our House Rep. but he does not like pornography in Southwest Missouri, odd how politics work when he stood on our porch and pleaded for our vote, he had no problem with our lifestyle or the fact we were porn producers.

Voicemail left from Missouri House of Represenative Jeff Grisamoress secretary, stating that bringing the safety and well being of four children and the lies perpetrated by the Missouri Division of Family Services arent worth there paper. That as a State Representative he ONLY represents people in Lee Summit odd guess folks that live in the county dont get representation, and it appears neither does Greenwood, Missouri. Very sad to as he is a member of the Appropriations Committee for Mental Health & Social Services as well Special Standing on Committees on Children & Families. Of course this is the same person that acording to news reports used the death of his daughter to pimp for contrabutions in a campainge letter. Very sad and appauling that a person would use the death of there child to better the advantage in a campainge. When we are fighting to save childrens lives and being ignored by people exactly like him. Hopefully if Mr. Grisamore runs for re-election the voters and the public will take these actions by him into consideration.
