Find this of great interest him standing on his soap box taking such an interest in the Taliban hanging a child in ANOTHER country. But his lack of response, in matters at hand in his OWN State in his OWN country caused our child to hang himself. Did Mr. Kinder do anything NO did Mr. Kinder offer an apology NO! What did Mr. Kinder do he hid behind the skirts of his office help. Truly Mr. Kinder you should be ashamed of your self just another political COWARD! Nothing more! And the voters I’m sure with the right encouragement and information will see that you will not be making the same lack of action after the future election. And really Mr. Kinder stop with the pathetic flag waving, and deal with matters at home rather than in another country where even though the State of Missouri politicians like to imagine the world revolves around them it does not. Learn from expensive past mistakes stay within your boarders. You may be to ignorant to understand but to the North, South, East & West there lies an imaginary line called State boundaries try to stay in them. It is obvious you and Twiddle Dumb (Nixon) have enough problems at home to deal with rather than worrying about you “mortal enemy; Taliban”.
If your that serious Peter, about kicking ass, and getting even then give up politics and pack your ass over there and fight rather than allowing our children to be sent. How many Missourians have lost there lives fighting while you set over here safe and sound playing arm chair warrior?

Nixon Violates Handicap Civil Rights

Seems Nixon & The State of Missouri Cant Help But Violate Peoples Civil Rights


This story is provided to you due to statements made by Jolene Anderson of the Missouri DSS 5th Circuit in her documents Thank you Ms. Anderson.

It would appear that while Attorney General for the state of Missouri the now Governor Jay Nixon violated a handicap person Civil Rights. The claim was that Mr. Nixon would not hire her due to the fact that she was a quadriplegic.

The story also goes on to state that:

A settlement was reached for the mere meager sum of $26,000 to be paid by the State of Missouri over 52 months.

The stipulations of the settlement out lined the Plaintiff would not be presented attorney fees.

That Nixon was released from the suit in his “personal capacity”

Would have to admit that was very kind and caring of the Plaintiff in this case to settle at such a deflated amount from where it should have been for a Civil Rights Violation of this magnitude, as well to allow the release on Nixon in his personal capacity. Did you tell her you were sorry Jeremiah?

But then again Nixon merely singled her out, picked on her and did not promote her due to her handicap. He didn’t allow parties to kidnap there children, house them in a garage, allow then to have guns and knives as play toys and allow one to hang himself in the presence of a Social Worker. And even after all that nothing has changed!

Just curious if Mr. Nixon believes he will be released from his “personal capacity” in our civil rights cases against him and the State? And to Mr. Nixon we are past the apologetic stage, when you were told to say you were sorry for what had transpired and occurred to our family you should have done it. We then could have worked to find a resolution to the situation that you allowed to occur under your administration. But no you preferred to hide behind your employees and attempt to hide behind deniability, which has all ready de-solidified around you.
Mr. Nixon had you been a man a leader and not a coward, it would have saved the tax payers an exorbitant amount of money, not only in what the State will relinquish when it loses this battle, but what it will expel in defending the un-defendable.

Missouri Lt. Governor Kinders Office Thinks Kids Lives Are A Waste Of Ink & Paper

This was faxed to us from Missouri Lt. Governor Peter Kinder’s Office by Beth Peters who is part of Constitute Services. {Constitute Services is a person that goes between the public and the executive officer they are given the authority to speak for the executive officer.}This was in response to documents sent to their Office in-regards to our four children having been taken in to custody by the State, for no just cause as the allegations are false and parties know this. Further the State placed the Children with their Grandmother Cheryl Fountain the same person who placed the Hotline call, very suspicious in and of its self. The State has refused to reunify with the parents, they refuse to transfer the children to the State of Arkansas where the parents now reside. They have been placed with their grandmother, in a house that was deemed a fire hazard and reeking of mold. The children in numerous letters to their Social Worker have stated they do not want to be there and want to come home. On or about June 3, 2009 our oldest son hung himself while in the care, custody & control of Missouri Social Worker Emily Davidson, right in front of her eyes! He survived this incident but it is obvious that his environment he is living in caused the issue. As well the other children have made threats of suicide all while in the State of Missouri’s “care” and in this placement.
So to Ms. Peters & Lt. Governor Kinder, you have not done all your office can! You have NOT rectified the problem! When Ms. Peters was contacted originally, she “e-mailed” numerous parties to contact us out of those parties NONE did.
She complains about receiving faxes everyday, well Ms. Peters you and your office risk our children’s life, safety, and well being EVERYDAY! So what is your point, you’re more concerned about paper and ink than families and children’s lives. Not going to make a very good campaign slogan for your boss come 2012. Also we were Missouri Tax payers for NUMEROUS years, we still own property with in the State and conduct business there, this is minor compared to the fact Missouri is holding our four children against our will and theirs.
If you are that concerned about toner & ink, let us know what you use and we will be more than happy to send you some, if that is what it takes to have our voices heard by the State Government!
And to the public, is this the type of people you want representing you in Office? They can not even see that four children are protected, when they KNOW there is a problem! How will they perform in a flood, terrorist attack, tornado, or ice storm? Oh wait we saw how they did in an ice storm. The point is there are four lives on the line and they can’t come up with a solution other than to ignore the issue. So what will they do if there are tens of thousands of lives and well being on the line?

2nd Time By The State of Missouri is Reckless Incompetence, As A Hot Line Caller Your Identity is NOT Protected!

This is the second time that the State of Missouri has released the identity of a hotline caller it the States Narrative Report, as in this document that has been edited an only pertinent information displayed. It clearly states that in 1995 Janie Thomas placed a Hot Line call to Missouri DFS. Again a criminal act for the State of Missouri to release this information, but they have done so. Governor Nixon, Lt. Governor Kinder, Social Services Director Ron Levy as well other parties have been contact in-regards to this and we are awaiting there response.
Something for the public to ponder, you are information and identity is NOT confidential, nor is what you say in the call, as was removed from this document. Keep that in mind when you pick up the phone to make a false or legitimate report of abuse/neglect that you yourself may be held accountable for your actions.
