Anti Nixon Shirt in the Works

Here is a ruff draft of the anti “Nazi” Nixon shirt that will soon be on sale as well being handed out to as many Missourians that we can find. Seeing as how he took so many shirts off of there backs. We will do our best to put them back on, in Childthief style! And do not worry Mr. Kinder yours is in the makings as well, would not want the other half of Missouri’s problem to be forgotten.

Is Chicken the NEW Doughnut?

It must be do to the conduct on Missouri Highway Patrol Trooper 712. On or about February 02, 2010 at approximately 6:19 PM we were traveling West bound on Hwy 44 outside of Joplin when I watched a car moving at a high rate of speed approaching from behind. As the vehicle passed I estimate it was traveling at approximately 90 m.p.h when it cut in front of our vehicle with no signal usage and then exited on to Range Line while on the off ramp the trooper was pressuring the vehicles in front of him by tail gating and driving on the shoulder. He then weaved in and out of traffic while traveling up Range Line.
GOOD GOD, who was he chasing a mugger, armed robber, Bin Laden maybe the devil him self.
NO not at all this knuckle head was placing his life as well as all others in his vicinity in danger so he could get to Chick- Fil –A to eat a dam chicken sandwich. Hope it was worth the lives you could have ended or changed for ever by your willful and reckless actions on that night.
Anyone going up against MSHP #712 should make the judge as well as the Trooper very aware of just how he drives and performs his duties. And it goes to show that even dumb ass cops are eating healthier these days there putting down the doughnuts for chicken.

The above is so true!!! Not only will the state take each and every word you say and twist it. They will also not allow any medical records into court that is not consistent with the doctors of DFS. My child is going thru this process with her children. We have records from a military hospital here and the state has them from columbia university. He left the base with no broken bones. The medical doctor from base said that in court. The Judge threw the evidence out of court as hear say!!!! Now, I am fighting to try and keep my grandchildren. And I am fighting a loosing battle here! But I am not going to stop fighting. Take it to the news, what ever it takes to get it into the public's eyes! The system has to be changed! The case workers get bonus' if the can put the children up for adoption here. And they find every excuse they can to keep family members from getting them!

Caesar Had Brutus & Nixon Has Kinder

WOW Caesar had Brutus and Nixon has Kinder, listen to this State of the State address by Lt. Governor Peter Kinder. Really Peter the only thing I heard watching your address on OPT was you trash talking the Governor. Was it not you in another speech who stated in short you were going to work with Nixon to better Missouri and put politics aside for the betterment of the State. Wasn’t that the lame excuse used for cowering out of the election? All I see now is someone using State funds and critical time to climb upon a soap box and start an early campaign. Pretty pathetic over all, listing to you squawk about Mr. Nixon’s miss appropriation of funds for over a year now. Hmmm where have you been for a year and done nothing, you are just a culpable as him.

You whine there are no jobs in Missouri, yet you as well as Mr. Nixon allowed a profitable business from your State that employed numerous people as well produced revenue in many Missouri cities. This same business has the ability to employ, EVERY Missourian who wishes to work. Send us your tired your hungry your weak, we will be more than happy to employ them all. In our industry everyone has a fan base, even you.

You say you will not raise taxes, hmmm sounds like Bush and his speech and we all know how that ended. Expect to be held to your word, as shallow as it is. And truly if you were that worried about the tax payers then why would you do nothing to correct numerous issues that raise the tax payers liability. Just curios how the State will pay that debt, with its finances in such turmoil, as the ax is about to drop.

You outline SO MUCH wrong doing by Governor Nixon in “cooking the books” and that he held “closed door meetings” as well in your speech you say “In the past year, lawmakers have credibly charged Governor Nixon's staff with offering them jobs for their votes.” Which is a criminal offence, if these allegations are true why have you done NOTHING?
Have you pursued ethics violations have you requested an inquiry have you contacted the Attorney General? It would seem that all you want to do is bitch and wine to further your political career rather than come to a solution or to take action are you just lazy a moron or a coward. Get off your soap box, election time is a long ways away and you still have us to contend with when that time is reached, should you chose to re-run for ANY position. Oh and do not fear you are not being singled out we intended to do all we can to see that Nixon is not re-elected either should he to run for office. We are all ready designing t-shirts etc. to give to all those Missourians who are un-employed and homeless by your short comings. If you and Governor Nixon are going to take the shirt of there backs we will be there to put one of ours back on as many as we can.

In closing you speak of ethics and ethical change, you sir no NOTHING about either and are infantile to even speak of such things. Example is the fact you set by and let corruption run rampant in State and do NOTHING. But the reality and purpose is your on a soap box craving attention so as not to fade in to obscurity, and like a pre-mature ejaculator are blowing your load way be for the proper time to climax.

Holiday Season!

Well the Holiday Season is upon us and Christmas is just a few days away, hope everyone has all there shopping done and stockings are hung by the chimney with care. Because the Grinch is near.
Because apparently according to the Missouri Children’s Division and Mr. David Capps if you do not celebrate the Christian holiday and buy massive amounts of expensive gifts for your children it is abuse/neglect.
Mr. Capps documented in his reports that we did not get the children any gifts for the last Christmas that they were with us. So apparently there is no separation between church and State first off.
But what should be of a greater concern to you, is the fact we did by presents for our children, totaling in the realm of $5800.00 that is not a typo! These gifts included a dirt bike, full riding gear, Play Station 3, tons of games and the list goes on. So if they are going to state that gifts totaling that amount are not a meaningful Christmas. We do feel sorry for the less fortunate the unemployed and those who do not celebrate Christmas because who knows that may not be Santa coming down the chimney it may be the Division. We would be VERY curious what Mr. Capps spent on his children for Christmas on his Social Workers Salary!!! Happy Holidays to all!

They Do Not Always Choose Children, It Could Be You Someday!

The State’s in this country do not only seize children, they can take action against you or your parents, grandparents or whom ever they feel in “need of services” no matter if you wish to utilize them or not. Look at this poor woman, having them in her life to the point she has been harassed so much that at 90 she wishes she would just die. People need to stand up NOW against our Social Services Systems in this Country. Do not wait till it is you at 90 or one of your parents to start your bitching and wineing. COMPLAINE NOW, or lose your right to latter.

Missouri Governor Jay Nixon Relies On Unborn To Pay His Debt

Another PERFECT example of the fact that Missouri Governor Jay Nixon does not give a CRAP about the State future or Missouri Children, to the point from the time they come from the womb there in expected to be in debt, hell hes relying on children not even born yet. But of course many know of his puppy mill tactics to feed the Missouri machine.
All Because he lacks the ability to properly manage and maintain the States budget. Perhaps if he was not gallivanting and playboying all over the country going to sporting events, where the State is paying for security for his pompa’s-ass! It could alleviate some of that debt he wants to pass on.
I recall not to long ago there was some misuse of funds issues that Mr. Nixon had to pay back. Hey Nixon why don’t you look closer to home and cut the fat! I can list NUMEROUS State workers that serve NO purpose, why not dislodge them from your monarchy and save the children and there grandchildren the burden of your errors and inability, oh noble king. Numerous times your own workers have stated that you lack the ability to properly handle issues with in the State. And it seems from your own statement that is true.

State House Representative Calls Phone Sex Line to Decide Vote

Its no secret that we work in the adult industry, nor is the fact our children were taken based on this fact. But like Heidi Fleiss and her little black book, we have interesting secrets as well. Like last month a State House Representative called one of our “phone sex” lines. Hey no biggy in and of its self, everybody deserves a little stimulus package in there own private home, if you know what we mean.
No where the concern is raised is what his fantasy was. This person wanted to be dominated, but not in the way you might think, no get on your knees spanky spanky tickle slappy! This person wanted his vote influenced, he wanted the Dominatrix to make him influence his vote on a bill be for him. He wanted the Dom. to decide how he would vote.
So what has occurred is a State Rep. has turned to a “phone slut” to influence there vote on a bill that effects the entire public. Nice, these are the politicians voted to office and the things they do to determine the fate of the public. We doubt this person even comprehended who they were actually talking with, but we know EXACTLY who they are.. :o) Now thats what we call making a "HOUSE" call!

Is it child protection or legal kidnapping?

"Children being taken from their homes, based on tips from anonymous telephone callers alleging abuse or neglect, has been cast in a harsh spotlight in the Texas polygamy case, and there’s growing evidence that more than a few of the 510,000 children placed in foster care annually don’t belong there.
In February, Georgia state Sen. Nancy Schaefer released a blistering assessment of the bureaucrats entrusted to protect children there: “I believe Child Protective Services (CPS) nationwide has become corrupt and that the entire system is broken almost beyond repair. I am convinced parents and families should be warned of the dangers.”
Armed with court orders and protected by confidentiality statutes that function as bureaucratic shield laws, CPS workers need just one anonymous phone call to a hotline to swoop in and remove children, regardless of the facts.
Such calls can be legitimate, coming from a legally mandated reporter such as a doctor or teacher. But it could also be a fabrication from a vindictive ex-spouse, a nosy neighbor, or a disgruntled relative.
Since no laws clearly define child abuse and neglect, parents have been accused of these serious crimes when what they actually did was yell, withhold TV privileges, or “repressing” their children by supervising them too much.
Dr. Steven Krason, professor of political science and legal studies at Franciscan University of Steubenville, is writing a book on CPS wrongdoing based on two decades of research.
Krason says CPS itself now poses “a grave threat” because “it is almost impossible to fully insulate one’s family from...a system that on very little pretense can simply reach into the home and take away one’s offspring.”
He’s convinced the number of real child abuse cases has remained fairly steady over the last three decades; what has been growing is an unprecedented government assault on innocent parents.
And if it doesn’t take much to have your children placed in foster care, getting them back can be another story. An anonymous call about a 10-ounce weight loss by their then 3-week-old daughter triggered a legal avalanche that buried Arlington residents Nancy Hey and Christopher Slitor.
Their parental rights were terminated last year by Arlington Judge James Almand even though Hey and Slitor had been exonerated by of all neglect charges nine months earlier.
In another local case, Georgetown residents Greg and Juliana Caplan had to spend $75,000 on lawyers and wait two weeks before their children were returned, even after five doctors confirmed that an injury sustained by one of their twin daughters was not caused by abuse.
The Caplans are still listed as possible child abusers in D.C., however, because they refused to submit to psychological counseling. Despite the stigma, that might have been a wise decision.
The psychological evaluation trap is one of the least expected obstacles facing parents snared unfairly in the CPS system. Most panicked parents promise to do anything to get their children back, often agreeing to a battery of psychological tests they naively believe will prove their parental competence and end the nightmare. But it doesn’t always work out that way.
Arlington social workers told Hey that she had to undergo psychological testing before she could get her baby back, so the longtime Federal Communications Commission employee readily agreed.
She was diagnosed with two clinical disorders by Dr. Giselle Hass at the Multicultural Clinical Center in Springfield. This psychological evaluation was cited in the court ruling terminating Hey’s parental rights.
But an independent, expert analysis of the report obtained by The Examiner included scathing critique of the methodology used to evaluate Hey, saying it “...reads more like advocacy than a professional psychological assessment... clear and frequent evidence of error... Any graduate student who turned in as poorly scored and interpreted a test as did this evaluator would probably have failed the first semester.”
Besides violations of standard practice and professional rules of ethics, the analysis noted numerous illustrations of bias in the psychological profile and “a consistent failure to include data that would be favorable to Mrs. Hey,”including 17 computer-generated scores on the Parental Stress Index that were all in the normal range.
This was a significant omission, given that Judge Almand cited Hey’s tendency of “freezing...in times of stress” as one of the main reasons she could not be trusted to raise her own child.
Hey – who has never been convicted of either abuse or neglect – has had no contact with three-year-old Sabrina since Judge Almand allowed her to be adopted by the same foster family Arlington CPS workers originally selected to care for her baby.

Well we have stated that CPS/DFS are full of some VERY underhanded people. Well judge for your self in this short clip we FOUND and had nothing to due with it creation

Missouri Lt. Governor Kinders Office Thinks Kids Lives Are A Waste Of Ink & Paper

This was faxed to us from Missouri Lt. Governor Peter Kinder’s Office by Beth Peters who is part of Constitute Services. {Constitute Services is a person that goes between the public and the executive officer they are given the authority to speak for the executive officer.}This was in response to documents sent to their Office in-regards to our four children having been taken in to custody by the State, for no just cause as the allegations are false and parties know this. Further the State placed the Children with their Grandmother Cheryl Fountain the same person who placed the Hotline call, very suspicious in and of its self. The State has refused to reunify with the parents, they refuse to transfer the children to the State of Arkansas where the parents now reside. They have been placed with their grandmother, in a house that was deemed a fire hazard and reeking of mold. The children in numerous letters to their Social Worker have stated they do not want to be there and want to come home. On or about June 3, 2009 our oldest son hung himself while in the care, custody & control of Missouri Social Worker Emily Davidson, right in front of her eyes! He survived this incident but it is obvious that his environment he is living in caused the issue. As well the other children have made threats of suicide all while in the State of Missouri’s “care” and in this placement.
So to Ms. Peters & Lt. Governor Kinder, you have not done all your office can! You have NOT rectified the problem! When Ms. Peters was contacted originally, she “e-mailed” numerous parties to contact us out of those parties NONE did.
She complains about receiving faxes everyday, well Ms. Peters you and your office risk our children’s life, safety, and well being EVERYDAY! So what is your point, you’re more concerned about paper and ink than families and children’s lives. Not going to make a very good campaign slogan for your boss come 2012. Also we were Missouri Tax payers for NUMEROUS years, we still own property with in the State and conduct business there, this is minor compared to the fact Missouri is holding our four children against our will and theirs.
If you are that concerned about toner & ink, let us know what you use and we will be more than happy to send you some, if that is what it takes to have our voices heard by the State Government!
And to the public, is this the type of people you want representing you in Office? They can not even see that four children are protected, when they KNOW there is a problem! How will they perform in a flood, terrorist attack, tornado, or ice storm? Oh wait we saw how they did in an ice storm. The point is there are four lives on the line and they can’t come up with a solution other than to ignore the issue. So what will they do if there are tens of thousands of lives and well being on the line?
