We are very much pro-life but feel there should be exceptions in EXTREME circumstances. Unless you’re a Social Worker them fuckers should NEVER breed and if they do abortion would be a necessity. But not much worry there as it would seem the majority of them are only in to children well under the age of puberty . Enough poking at the primates with a stick.

Is Chicken the NEW Doughnut?

It must be do to the conduct on Missouri Highway Patrol Trooper 712. On or about February 02, 2010 at approximately 6:19 PM we were traveling West bound on Hwy 44 outside of Joplin when I watched a car moving at a high rate of speed approaching from behind. As the vehicle passed I estimate it was traveling at approximately 90 m.p.h when it cut in front of our vehicle with no signal usage and then exited on to Range Line while on the off ramp the trooper was pressuring the vehicles in front of him by tail gating and driving on the shoulder. He then weaved in and out of traffic while traveling up Range Line.
GOOD GOD, who was he chasing a mugger, armed robber, Bin Laden maybe the devil him self.
NO not at all this knuckle head was placing his life as well as all others in his vicinity in danger so he could get to Chick- Fil –A to eat a dam chicken sandwich. Hope it was worth the lives you could have ended or changed for ever by your willful and reckless actions on that night.
Anyone going up against MSHP #712 should make the judge as well as the Trooper very aware of just how he drives and performs his duties. And it goes to show that even dumb ass cops are eating healthier these days there putting down the doughnuts for chicken.

1 Year Anniversary of a Childthief’s Demise!

One year ago today Missouri Department of Children’s Social Service worker Regina Susan Kerwood departed this earth on a fast moving train straight to hell.
In doing so she left behind many families she ruined as well as numerous that she did not make it to be for dropping dead at 58. Ms. Kerwood was well known for her incompetence, lying and inconsistent stories and falsification of statements.
As well she had a very perverse and strong interest in “sexual devices”. Her and Deputy Pam Miller of the Barton County Sheriffs Department were known to force females to disrobe in there presence for there own sexual gratification.
There is a special place in hell reserved for social workers in general and this one has a front row seat to be the devils concubine. The world is a much better place with out her, and oddly enough she was planted on February 14th 2009 Valentines Day as well OUR anniversary. Kudos we have many more reasons to celebrate.

Taking Over The Family Business.

In the States files NUMEROUS Social Workers discuss the children being groomed to take over the family “pornography” business as if this was a bad thing and that the “girls” were being pruned for it.

Well first off how is it any concern of the State if we wish to turn our business over to our children when they reach legal age?

This would also be a direct violation of Article I Section II of the Missouri State Constitution by DSS as well Governor Jay Nixon, Lt. Governor Peter Kinder and Attorney General Koster who knowingly and maliciously have allowed this to have gone on after swearing an oath of office to defend said Constitution. This section clearly states:

“…all persons have a natural right to life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness and the enjoyment of the gains of their own industry;…” {emphasis added}

Which means the people have the right to enjoy the fruits of there own industry with out harassment by the State or it employees and to pass that industry on to there offspring if they so chose.

With that we want to be VERY clear, we would support our children in anything they chose to do. With one exception and that is to become a back stabbing, child stealing low life Social Service Worker. Hell we see more pedophiles come from the ranks of DSS than out of the adult industry, look at the 5th Circuit alone. And If the State is truly worried about underage children being pruned for anything, then why has Mr. Capps not been examined for taking under age girls to the parks (ALONE) and receiving what we would call love letters. Would seem the only pruning for perverted gains is being done is occurring with in the States ranks.

As stated numerous times be for this was always about lifestyle and profession as well jealous that parties could not perform in such an industry nor make the amounts of money that we did and as such did not approve. It impossible to deny it when you have a dumb ass ignorant backwoods Judge(s) like Randall Jackson an Charles Curless placing it in there singed sealed order. That it was based on “life style”!

When A Person Cant Keep There Own Family Together, Get A Job Destroying Others!

While looking threw DFS file we came across a VERY odd statement made by DSS Worker David Capps to another State employee Marisa Maples this conversation was discussing them needing our marriage date and our {DIVORCE DATE} that’s odd, were not divorced and there is no plans to due so.
It then dawned on us and a bit of research reviled that Mr. Capps is a divorcee. It would seem, that due to the fact that he could not hold his marriage together then he expects everyone else to sercum to the pressure. Would be curious what the irreconcilable difference was that caused his marriage to terminate.
Makes you wonder if he took his job at DSS with the soul purpose of destroying families and relationships. It is obvious from his and Ms. Maples conversation is that it is the State’s intent to disrupt the sanctity of marriage threw harassment and intimidation. As they made the assumption that we had been divorced after the onslaught perpetrated by DSS workers and the State. That has hard as they tried, did not work! We will be celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary on February 14th of this year. And it would seem someone has a jealous streak and a malicious nature that they could not hold there’s together while we have perfect balance in our relationship.

The above is so true!!! Not only will the state take each and every word you say and twist it. They will also not allow any medical records into court that is not consistent with the doctors of DFS. My child is going thru this process with her children. We have records from a military hospital here and the state has them from columbia university. He left the base with no broken bones. The medical doctor from base said that in court. The Judge threw the evidence out of court as hear say!!!! Now, I am fighting to try and keep my grandchildren. And I am fighting a loosing battle here! But I am not going to stop fighting. Take it to the news, what ever it takes to get it into the public's eyes! The system has to be changed! The case workers get bonus' if the can put the children up for adoption here. And they find every excuse they can to keep family members from getting them!

Social Worker Wants a 3-Way.

In a conversation with David Capps of the Missouri 5th Circuit Children’s Division to another co-worker he stated “I will definitely be calling Mr. and Mrs.” [C] “If I am able to do a three way”

WOW, how interesting, sorry to say Mr. Capps we would not be interested in that besides from the file it would appear your to busy dating our now 15 year old daughter.

Six Steps Back & Missouri is a Better Place.

I watched this video and it was full of some of the lamest bullshit I think I have seen. Example a whole half a million dollars dedicated to keep kids out of prison, is that ALL. That’s funny first Missouri employees to many people in the prison system and it would not be economical to reduce the inmate population. I also know of one child who has committed NUMEROUS felonies and I have yet to see your “system” in work to keep him out of prison. Oh wait I guess turning a blind eye to it is correcting the problem. Really Mr. Kinder you want to make Missouri a better place for its people. Next time your on a roof giving a interview take about six steps backwards!

WOW Caesar had Brutus and Nixon has Kinder, listen to this State of the State address by Lt. Governor Peter Kinder. Really Peter the only thing I heard watching your address on OPT was you trash talking the Governor. Was it not you in another speech who stated in short you were going to work with Nixon to better Missouri and put politics aside for the betterment of the State. Wasn’t that the lame excuse used for cowering out of the election? All I see now is someone using State funds and critical time to climb upon a soap box and start an early campaign. Pretty pathetic over all, listing to you squawk about Mr. Nixon’s miss appropriation of funds for over a year now. Hmmm where have you been for a year and done nothing, you are just a culpable as him.

You whine there are no jobs in Missouri, yet you as well as Mr. Nixon allowed a profitable business from your State that employed numerous people as well produced revenue in many Missouri cities. This same business has the ability to employ, EVERY Missourian who wishes to work. Send us your tired your hungry your weak, we will be more than happy to employ them all. In our industry everyone has a fan base, even you.

You say you will not raise taxes, hmmm sounds like Bush and his speech and we all know how that ended. Expect to be held to your word, as shallow as it is. And truly if you were that worried about the tax payers then why would you do nothing to correct numerous issues that raise the tax payers liability. Just curios how the State will pay that debt, with its finances in such turmoil, as the ax is about to drop.

You outline SO MUCH wrong doing by Governor Nixon in “cooking the books” and that he held “closed door meetings” as well in your speech you say “In the past year, lawmakers have credibly charged Governor Nixon's staff with offering them jobs for their votes.” Which is a criminal offence, if these allegations are true why have you done NOTHING?
Have you pursued ethics violations have you requested an inquiry have you contacted the Attorney General? It would seem that all you want to do is bitch and wine to further your political career rather than come to a solution or to take action are you just lazy a moron or a coward. Get off your soap box, election time is a long ways away and you still have us to contend with when that time is reached, should you chose to re-run for ANY position. Oh and do not fear you are not being singled out we intended to do all we can to see that Nixon is not re-elected either should he to run for office. We are all ready designing t-shirts etc. to give to all those Missourians who are un-employed and homeless by your short comings. If you and Governor Nixon are going to take the shirt of there backs we will be there to put one of ours back on as many as we can.

In closing you speak of ethics and ethical change, you sir no NOTHING about either and are infantile to even speak of such things. Nixon Violates Handicap Civil Rights

This story is provided to you due to statements made by Jolene Anderson of the Missouri DSS 5th Circuit in her documents Thank you Ms. Anderson.

It would appear that while Attorney General for the state of Missouri the now Governor Jay Nixon violated a handicap person Civil Rights. The claim was that Mr. Nixon would not hire her due to the fact that she was a quadriplegic.

The story also goes on to state that:

A settlement was reached for the mere meager sum of $26,000 to be paid by the State of Missouri over 52 months.

The stipulations of the settlement out lined the Plaintiff would not be presented attorney fees.

That Nixon was released from the suit in his “personal capacity”

Would have to admit that was very kind and caring of the Plaintiff in this case to settle at such a deflated amount from where it should have been for a Civil Rights Violation of this magnitude, as well to allow the release on Nixon in his personal capacity. Did you tell her you were sorry Jeremiah?

But then again Nixon merely singled her out, picked on her and did not promote her due to her handicap. He didn’t allow parties to kidnap there children, house them in a garage, allow then to have guns and knives as play toys and allow one to hang himself in the presence of a Social Worker. And even after all that nothing has changed!

Just curious if Mr. Nixon believes he will be released from his “personal capacity” in our civil rights cases against him and the State? And to Mr. Nixon we are past the apologetic stage, when you were told to say you were sorry for what had transpired and occurred to our family you should have done it. We then could have worked to find a resolution to the situation that you allowed to occur under your administration. But no you preferred to hide behind your employees and attempt to hide behind deniability, which has all ready de-solidified around you.
Mr. Nixon had you been a man a leader and not a coward, it would have saved the tax payers an exorbitant amount of money, not only in what the State will relinquish when it loses this battle, but what it will expel in defending the un-defendable.

Holiday Season!

Well the Holiday Season is upon us and Christmas is just a few days away, hope everyone has all there shopping done and stockings are hung by the chimney with care. Because the Grinch is near.
Because apparently according to the Missouri Children’s Division and Mr. David Capps if you do not celebrate the Christian holiday and buy massive amounts of expensive gifts for your children it is abuse/neglect.
Mr. Capps documented in his reports that we did not get the children any gifts for the last Christmas that they were with us. So apparently there is no separation between church and State first off.
But what should be of a greater concern to you, is the fact we did by presents for our children, totaling in the realm of $5800.00 that is not a typo! These gifts included a dirt bike, full riding gear, Play Station 3, tons of games and the list goes on. So if they are going to state that gifts totaling that amount are not a meaningful Christmas. We do feel sorry for the less fortunate the unemployed and those who do not celebrate Christmas because who knows that may not be Santa coming down the chimney it may be the Division. We would be VERY curious what Mr. Capps spent on his children for Christmas on his Social Workers Salary!!! Happy Holidays to all!

They Do Not Always Choose Children, It Could Be You Someday!

The State’s in this country do not only seize children, they can take action against you or your parents, grandparents or whom ever they feel in “need of services” no matter if you wish to utilize them or not. Look at this poor woman, having them in her life to the point she has been harassed so much that at 90 she wishes she would just die. People need to stand up NOW against our Social Services Systems in this Country. Do not wait till it is you at 90 or one of your parents to start your bitching and wineing. COMPLAINE NOW, or lose your right to latter.

Missouri Governor Jay Nixon Relies On Unborn To Pay His Debt

Another PERFECT example of the fact that Missouri Governor Jay Nixon does not give a CRAP about the State future or Missouri Children, to the point from the time they come from the womb there in expected to be in debt, hell hes relying on children not even born yet. But of course many know of his puppy mill tactics to feed the Missouri machine.
All Because he lacks the ability to properly manage and maintain the States budget. Perhaps if he was not gallivanting and playboying all over the country going to sporting events, where the State is paying for security for his pompa’s-ass! It could alleviate some of that debt he wants to pass on.
I recall not to long ago there was some misuse of funds issues that Mr. Nixon had to pay back. Hey Nixon why don’t you look closer to home and cut the fat! I can list NUMEROUS State workers that serve NO purpose, why not dislodge them from your monarchy and save the children and there grandchildren the burden of your errors and inability, oh noble king. Numerous times your own workers have stated that you lack the ability to properly handle issues with in the State. And it seems from your own statement that is true.
